Surtron Technologies' in house technical team is constantly employed ensuring all instruments are maintained to a high level and undergo regular calibration.  A surplus of field ready equipment is held at regional centres and where equipment failures do occur replacements can be expedited to site to ensure backup kit is always available minimising any impact on operations.  Where operations are out of country Surtron Technologies establishes partnerships with local suppliers to ensure our field staff and clients continue to enjoy the same level of support.
