Quality Control

Quality control is at the heart of all Surtron Technologies' operations and crucial to client confidence in the data we provide.

Surtron Technologies' Information Management System (IMS) is continually updated to reflect changing technologies, work practices and customer focus.  The IMS is a web based system providing our employees interactive access wherever there is an internet connection; where communications are limited employees can use a copy of the CD based Field Reference System (FRS).  The IMS greatly enhances communication and the capturing and measurement of quality control issues ensuring any actions implemented as a result of employee submitted reports are visible to everyone in the group.  The system also enables us to draw upon company, key client, and supplier knowledge to support and meet specific project challenges.
